RETURN POLICY
The customer (consumer) has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw, without stating the reasons and with the sole charge of the cost of returning the product.The supplier, for his part, must return the money (including shipping costs) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he was informed by the customer (consumer) that he is withdrawing.
The customer (consumer) can return the product he bought and ask to be replaced with another or refund, in case of a proven mistake made by our store, e.g. received the wrong products or products of defective quality (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.).
In the event of proven fault of our store, the buyer must return the product within fourteen calendar (14) days from the day he received it, with absolutely no shipping costs. In case there is no fault of the store and the customer wishes to replace the product he bought with another or another size, etc., all of the above apply, but the customer is charged with all shipping / transport costs that will arise as well with any price differences of the new product.
The buyer has the right to withdraw his purchase up to fourteen (14) calendar days after his purchase.
The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if he has misused it.
In any case, the products that will not be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, then our store is not obliged to accept any return. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the documents with which it was received (eg retail receipt or invoice and delivery note). In any case, the return can be made MONO after the customer first contacts by e-mail at: info@laroutedesparfums.gr, or at tel. +30 6942649916 within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, explaining the reason for return or replacement product.
